The hotel is so close to the lifts, making it super convenient for skiing. The rooms are of fantastic quality and well-equipped, plus having your own heated ski locker is absolutely fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always happy to cater to the needs of children. However, some aspects of the service can feel a bit unfriendly or dry. The location is perfect for skiing in Laax, with diverse restaurants and bars nearby. A great spot to enjoy a ski vacation!
